Issued with an illustrated inner sleeve with lyrics; some copies included a folded poster.

Version similar to the late 1972/early 1973 UK reissue [r=926376. But omits the 'Titanic Music' and includes instead additional 'Bowie' and 'Mainman' publishing credits following the company formation in September 1972.

The pressings of this issue use recut lacquers for side A compared to the first UK RCA issue.  The older lacquer is stamped, the newer etched.
On side A all runout variants are complete etched.
On side B "BPRS 4513 1E" is stamped, everything else is etched.

Catalogue number "LSP-4816" is printed on the rear sleeve and spine. "LSP 4816" is printed on the record label.
Rear cover states "Previously released on Philips Records 633 8041", although [r=1230645 was released on Mercury.
[l69812 label in the upper right corner on the rear cover.
