Issued in a black & white card sleeve with vertical flipbacks, opening at the top and with a curved thumb-cut at rear; b&w custom paper labels with an anti-slip ridge on the edge.
Front cover and label A credit "Pretenders", label B credits "The Pretenders".
A similar edition of [r=8845985 was pressed on the same paper labels but with a smooth edge.
