Track A1 is mis-titled as "Lilly Of The West" on label.

B5 actually written by [a8989990 / [a13760689 (music sometimes also attributed to a certain Marc Williams Ellis.) This song, often misattributed as "traditional" was based on a poem written by Charles Clark. Billy Simon put music to it. The poem was originally published as "A Border Affair" in the June 1907 issue of "Pacific Monthly". It was republished in 1915 by Chapman & Grimes as part of a compilation of Clark's works entitled "Sun and Saddle Leather". The song ended up with several variant lyrics [info taken from 'SecondHandSongs' website.
