UK first press of Bob Dylan's "The Times Are A-Changin'". Speed indication on the rough textured label only states ''33''. 
Released with three flap "flipback" cover with black STEREO boxed logo with arrows each end printed on front of cover. Some (but not all) copies of the cover have an indication that it was printed and made by Dawson Rossiter Ltd. on the right hand side of the bottom flip back.
