Notes:

Laminated front sleeve. Non-flipback rear sleeve.

This release has the tax code M/T, indicating it was pressed between January 1st and July 1st 1963, although there is the possibility it was released later.

Similar to [r7369093. The front sleeve is identical. The rear sleeve is almost identical, apart from in the bottom right corner this version has 'Printed in England by St. James Press', whereas the later version just has 'Printed in England'. There are minor differences to the labels - all the information is the same but the layout is different.
