Notes:

This is the US-distributed release, sold independently of [r255380. Packaged in a shrink-wrapped thin card sleeve. The CD and sleeve are identical to the "bonus CD", which came with initial copies of "/release/1082722Blood Music" in the UK. The original shrink-wrap has a sticker on it which erroneously states "Ambient reconstruction by ex-Aphex Twin" and correctly states "60+ minutes of music". On the rear of the sleeve there is a 12-digit UPC-A barcode sticker covering the original printed panel containing the 13-digit barcode and "DEDCD 011S" cat#.

All copies have a single, large printed digit on the hub ring of the disc face; the digit may vary, and its meaning is unknown.

This release contains an EV-9D9 and C-3PO sample from "Return of the Jedi" at the start of track 2. This is not the /release/40621998 reissue with the same catalogue number and missing sample.

The "RTM/Pinnacle" distribution credit only applies to the original UK release; the "017046" barcode prefix indicates this edition was distributed by Caroline.

Durations do not appear on release.
