Originally this releases gatefold sleeve package included a 1 Billion Dollar note insert, but did not include any picture cards instead the images are printed on inside left gatefold panel. The gatefold sleeve is not embossed and the inner sleeve does not have lyrics printed on it. 
The design of the gatefold is meant to imitate a snakeskin wallet (the outside and inside).
