Notes:

Also released as a double single in a gatefold sleeve (see [r=763440, [r=6925464 and [r=7454293). 

This issue features only the first single in a glossy picture sleeve with a circular thumb-cut and flip-backs at the back.
Solid centre injection-moulded silver printed labels with halftone A on side A only, exactly the same as the double-pack.
Some copies have an additional matrix suffix 'R' in the runout area, others were made available jukebox-ready with a large centre hole, and a later pressing with several print differences has lines dividing the label into squares.
