Issued in a textured sleeve; printed inner sleeve with square corners. 
Although indicated as B in the runout matrix, 'Outside' with the black label is the first side (A), beginning with "Disorder" and 'Inside' with the white label is the second (B) (yet indicated A in the runout), the same sequence 'Outside'/'Inside' appears on the inner sleeve.
Vinyl is solid black, lighter than other pressings, labels have an elevated ring.
