First European CD release, made in Japan for the European market - note the early RCA logo used before 1987 on the back tray inlay and the PD- catalogue number. Later reissues from 1986 and later had ND- catalogue numbers and had the "lightning bolt" RCA logo that was used after the company was merged with Bertelsmann in 1985.
